We do not ask for medical records, and you should not submit detailed health information through our site.

• To match you with one local home care provider and share your request with that provider.
• To show you typical local rates.
• To communicate with you about your request.
• To operate, secure and improve our website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share your contact details and request with one provider, the single provider we match you with. We do not share your information with other providers, lead buyers or data brokers. If we cannot serve your parent's area, your information is not shared with any provider.

We may also share information with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, analytics and email), under contracts that limit their use of it.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. We do not sell your information

By requesting a match, you agree to be contacted by telephone, SMS or email by the single matched provider in your area and by Hazel about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and of email by using the unsubscribe link.

7. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is completely secure.
